ROAD TRIP!

With Thanksgiving, Chanukah and my birthday just around the corner we decided to pick up and head to Michigan to spend some much needed recuperating time with family. I finally had my ankle surgery in mid November and still being in a pretty descent amount of pain it was a great chance to just re-charge and lay around…… BUT before we got there and were surrounded 24/7 we made a little detour to one of our favorite cities, CHICAGO! Monkey was in awe over the huge buildings and beautiful night skyline. Literally, she spent almost an hour in silence just staring out the window. Then in true tourist fashion we went to breakfast followed by checking out “the Bean” in Millennium Park before hitting the road to Detroit!
